We don't want anyone to be deterred by the cost of counselling. The rates, which are already subsidised, are £48 for an individual and £75 for a family.  However, we ask only for this amount, or a realistic proportion, with a minimum contribution of £15 if possible. If this is difficult then please speak to us, as our priority is to provide the help needed rather than be an added burden. This money contributes to continuing our work as a charity.
